Engel & Völkers Kamloops
Locally owned and operated by brothers Matt Town and Chris Town, Engel & Völkers Kamloops opened its doors in a temporary location in September 2019, then moved to its “forever location” on the corner of 6th and Victoria Street in June 2022.
The Real Estate Advisors at Engel & Völkers Kamloops are committed to providing a higher level of service to all of their clients. They know that purchasing or selling a home is one of the largest transactions a person will make in their lifetime, and they strive to offer unparalleled expertise at every step.
Not only are the Advisors committed to their clients, they’re committed to the Kamloops community as well. They are passionate about giving back to the community they all call home, frequently volunteering with Special Olympics Kamloops, supporting the Kamloops Food Bank’s Starfish Packs program, and more.
Behind the scenes, the Advisors are supported by an incredible administrative team who help assist with daily operations. The Listings/Marketing Coordinator ensures that every property hits the market with its best foot forward, while the Transaction Manager keeps the sale process running smoothly from offer to close. With an in-house Conveyancer handling all legal documentation and a meticulous Bookkeeper overseeing financials, this dedicated team keeps the office operating seamlessly.
